Kibundo opened near Kaminari Mon in 1890. Famous for ningyo-yaki and kawara senbei, they have adjusted the taste to fit the changing times and people's preferences for over 120 years. Japanese confection made according to closely guarded secret recipes are truly the works of master craftsmen. The nostalgic and gentle tasting confections make great souvenirs.
